Question: Is Glen Cove Marina a public or private marina?

Answer: Glen Cove Marina is a privately owned marina on privately owned land. The public is welcome to use the area around the marina such as walking trails, fishing on the shore, or use of side lawn areas and barbeques. Access to docks is for marina tenants and their visitors. Parking for non-tenants is limited to the parking lot near the Lighthouse Building.

Question: What types of docks does Glen Cove Marina have?

Answer: We have wooden docks. 132 slips are covered and 81 slips are uncovered.

Question: Does Glen Cove Marina have a night watchman on site and is your facility safe?

Answer: No, we do not have a night watchman. We and our tenants consider our marina extremely safe.

Question: Does Glen Cove Marina have a pump out station?

Answer: Yes, we have a pump out station in the north west corner of the marina (Dock 8) for no fee. There is also a service boat that will come to your boat to pump out your holding tank for a fee.

Question: Do you allow live aboard tenants at Glen Cove Marina?

Answer: Yes, we allow live aboard tenants. Our permit limits us to have a certain percentage of live aboard tenants and we are currently full. We have a waiting list of approximately one year.
